Yes. The Platform is built for businesses, institutions, and their authorized representatives — credentialed Sports RDs (RD/RDN, CSSD, MS RD, or equivalent) and team performance staff sourcing for athletes. To open an account you must be at least 18 and have legal authority to enter into agreements on behalf of your organization.
Multi-user team accounts are part of the Phase 2 rollout. In the meantime, email support@nutrition-locker.com with the names and roles you'd like added — we'll set up shared access manually for active accounts.
Use the Forgot Password link on the sign-in page. If the reset email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check spam or contact us directly.
Once your account is approved, log in, browse or filter the catalog, add items to your cart, and check out. You'll get an order confirmation by email and tracking once your shipment moves. Most Vendors process orders within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
Tracking links are emailed when your order ships. You can also see live status on the Order History page inside your account. If tracking hasn't updated 48 hours after the shipping notice, contact support@nutrition-locker.com.
Nutrition Locker is a marketplace, and each Vendor fulfills its own orders. Orders containing products from multiple Vendors will ship separately and may arrive at different times with different tracking numbers. Each shipment generates its own tracking email.
You can cancel or modify an order before it has been shipped. Email support@nutrition-locker.com with your order number as quickly as possible. Once a shipment is in transit, changes run through the return process below.
Email support@nutrition-locker.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, tracking information, and photos of the product and packaging. We'll coordinate with the Vendor for a replacement, refund, or credit at no cost to you per our Refund and Return Policy.
Currently to addresses within the United States, including PO Boxes and APO/FPO where the carrier permits. Some Vendors may restrict shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories — any restriction is disclosed at checkout. International shipping is offered by certain Vendors on a case-by-case basis; Buyers are responsible for any duties, customs fees, and import taxes on international shipments.
Full details are in our Shipping Policy. Typical transit times after Vendor processing: standard ground 3–7 business days, expedited 2–3, overnight 1 business day to most U.S. destinations. Transit times are carrier estimates, not guarantees.
Unopened, unused product in original packaging with all seals intact can be returned within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email support@nutrition-locker.com with your order number — we'll coordinate with the Vendor and respond with a Return Authorization (RA) number, typically within 2 business days. Returns received without an RA number may be refused or delayed. See the Refund and Return Policy for full terms.
For product-safety reasons, the following are non-returnable except in the case of a verified defect, damage in transit, or shipment error:
Opened consumable products (powders, bars, ready-to-drink beverages, capsules, gels, or any item whose protective seal has been broken) · refrigerated or perishable products · items purchased on clearance, final sale, or marked "non-returnable" · custom, personalized, or co-branded products · gift cards and digital products.
If the return is preference-based (e.g., wrong flavor ordered), the Buyer pays return shipping unless the Vendor's policy says otherwise. If the product arrived damaged, defective, or was shipped incorrectly, Nutrition Locker or the Vendor pays return shipping. We recommend a trackable service — Nutrition Locker and the Vendor are not responsible for returns lost in transit without proof of shipment.
Once the Vendor receives and inspects the return, approved refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of inspection. Depending on your bank, the refund may take additional time to appear on your statement. Refunds exclude original shipping charges unless the return was caused by Vendor error or product defect.
Yes — we work with PO-based procurement for pro, collegiate, federation, and institutional accounts. Contact support to set up Net-30 terms once your account is active.
Yes. Email a copy of your tax-exempt certificate to support@nutrition-locker.com and we'll flag your account so future orders are processed without sales tax.
Inside your account, the Orders page shows every past order with a downloadable PDF invoice. If you need a consolidated statement for a date range, email support and we'll generate it.
We require Vendors to carry one of four sport-grade third-party certifications on every active SKU: NSF Certified for Sport, Informed Sport, BSCG Certified Drug Free, or TruShield Certified. Together, these cover the requirements of MLB, NFL, NHL, NBPA, PGA/LPGA, NCAA, the U.S. Olympic Committee, and most international federations. Certifications are issued by third-party certifiers, not by Nutrition Locker — Buyers should always verify current certification status on the physical label before administering a product to an athlete.
Email support@nutrition-locker.com with the SKU and lot number — we'll request the COA from the Vendor and forward it to you, usually same-day. A live COA library is on the Phase 3 roadmap.
Vendors are required to maintain the certifications they list. When a Vendor reports a delisting — or a delisting is identified through our review — the SKU is removed from the catalog and we'll notify recent purchasers so you can swap to a certified alternative. Certifications and banned-substance lists change, so you should always verify status against the current product label and your league's rules before use.
Yes. Email support with the date range and the format you need (CSV, PDF, or PO-by-PO breakdown) and we'll send an exportable record. Self-service compliance export is also on the roadmap.
Yes. Email support with the athlete's restrictions (e.g., dairy-free, gluten-free, vegan, soy-free, kosher) and the category you need (protein, pre-workout, recovery, etc.) and we'll send back the matching options in the catalog. As always, you're the practitioner — review the current product label and certification status before administering anything to an athlete.
Yes — pro, collegiate, federation, and institutional accounts get tiered pricing once an account is active. Email support with your org and approximate volume to get a custom quote.
Some of our Vendors can accommodate scheduled deliveries for camps, training-table, away-game shipments, and combine prep — Nutrition Locker does not coordinate this directly. Use the chat feature in your portal to contact the applicable Vendor a couple weeks ahead with your dates, destinations, and SKUs. Vendor processing and carrier transit times still apply.
