Cookie Policy

Effective April 24, 2026

How we use cookies and similar technologies, the categories you'll see, and how to manage your preferences.

This Cookie Policy explains how Nutrition Locker uses cookies and similar technologies on nutrition-locker.com (the "Platform"). It supplements our Privacy Policy and should be read alongside it.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by websites you visit. They are widely used to make websites work, improve performance, and provide information to site operators. "Similar technologies" include pixels, local storage, software development kits (SDKs), and device fingerprinting techniques that perform comparable functions. In this Policy, "cookies" refers to all of these.

2. Categories of Cookies We Use

2.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies

Required for the Platform to function — for example, authenticating you, remembering the contents of your cart, routing traffic, and preventing fraud. These cannot be turned off in our systems because the Platform will not work without them.

2.2 Performance and Analytics Cookies

Help us understand how visitors use the Platform — which pages are most visited, where errors occur, and how long pages take to load. Data is typically aggregated. We use these to improve the Platform.

2.3 Functional Cookies

Remember choices you make (for example, language, region, or display preferences) to provide a more personalized experience.

2.4 Advertising and Targeting Cookies

Set by us or our advertising partners to build a profile of your interests and show relevant ads on the Platform and elsewhere. These cookies may also limit how often you see an ad and measure campaign effectiveness.

3. Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies are placed by third parties operating on our behalf — including analytics, advertising, and infrastructure providers. These third parties have their own privacy and cookie policies. Categories of third parties we work with include:

  • Analytics providers (for example, providers of website analytics and session replay tools).
  • Advertising networks and social media platforms.
  • Payment processors and fraud-prevention providers.
  • Customer-support and chat tools.

4. How Long Cookies Last

  • Session cookies — expire when you close your browser.
  • Persistent cookies — remain on your device for a set period (ranging from days to a couple of years) or until you delete them.

5. Your Choices

5.1 Cookie Banner and Preference Center

The first time you visit the Platform (and periodically thereafter), you will see a cookie banner allowing you to accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies, or customize your preferences. You can change your preferences at any time via the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer.

5.2 Browser Controls

Most browsers let you view, delete, and block cookies through their settings. Blocking all cookies will likely break parts of the Platform (for example, you may not be able to sign in or complete checkout).

5.3 Global Privacy Control and Opt-Out Signals

Where required by law, we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out of sale and sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5.4 Industry Opt-Outs

You can also opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies through the following industry tools:

6. Do Not Track

Our Platform does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals. We do, however, honor GPC signals as described above.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy as our use of cookies evolves. Changes take effect when posted. The Effective Date above reflects the most recent version.
