Refund and Return Policy

Baseline 30-day return window, eligibility rules, and how we coordinate with Vendors on refunds and returns.

Nutrition Locker operates as a marketplace connecting Buyers with independent Vendors. Because each Vendor is responsible for fulfilling its own orders, refund and return terms can vary by Vendor. This Policy sets the baseline rules that apply across the Platform and explains how returns are handled.

1. Baseline Return Window

Unless a Vendor's listing expressly provides a more favorable policy, Buyers may request a return within thirty (30) days of the delivery date, provided the product meets the eligibility requirements below. Vendors may offer longer windows; any extended window will be stated on the product listing or in a post-purchase confirmation.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for return, the product must be:

  • Unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.
  • Free of tampering, damage (beyond any damage documented at delivery), or signs of use.
  • Accompanied by the original order number or proof of purchase.
  • Not listed below as a non-returnable category.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned except in the case of a verified defect, damage in transit, or shipment error:

  • Opened consumable products, including powders, bars, ready-to-drink beverages, capsules, gels, and any item whose protective seal has been broken.
  • Refrigerated or perishable products.
  • Products purchased on clearance, final sale, or marked "non-returnable" on the listing.
  • Custom, personalized, or co-branded products produced to a Buyer's specifications.
  • Gift cards and digital products.

This is a safety-driven limitation. Consumable supplements cannot be resold once the seal is broken, and re-distribution of opened goods creates product-safety risk.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, contact support@nutrition-locker.com within seven (7) days of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a brief description. We will coordinate with the Vendor for a replacement, refund, or credit at no cost to you.

5. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email support@nutrition-locker.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
  2. We will coordinate with the applicable Vendor and respond with return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number, typically within two (2) business days.
  3. Ship the item in its original packaging with the RA number visible on the outside of the package.

Returns received without an RA number may be refused or delayed.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Buyer pays return shipping for returns based on preference (for example, ordered the wrong flavor), unless the applicable Vendor's policy states otherwise.
  • Nutrition Locker or the Vendor pays return shipping where the product arrived damaged, defective, or was shipped incorrectly.

We recommend using a trackable service and retaining the tracking number. Nutrition Locker and the Vendor are not responsible for returns lost in transit without proof of shipment.

7. Refund Processing

Once the Vendor receives and inspects the return, the Vendor will approve or deny the refund in accordance with this Policy and the Vendor's own terms. Approved refunds are typically processed to the original payment method within five (5) to ten (10) business days of inspection. Depending on your financial institution, the refund may take additional time to appear on your statement.

Refunds exclude original shipping charges unless the return was caused by Vendor error or product defect.

8. Exchanges

Exchanges are handled as a return plus a new order. Contact support@nutrition-locker.com and we will help coordinate with the Vendor.

9. Order Cancellations

You may request cancellation of an order before it has been shipped. Once an order has shipped, it must be handled through the return process above. To request a cancellation, email support@nutrition-locker.com with your order number as quickly as possible after placing the order.

10. Chargebacks

If you are dissatisfied with a purchase, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Most disputes can be resolved quickly. Chargebacks filed without first attempting resolution may delay refunds and may result in account suspension.

11. Vendor-Specific Policies

Individual Vendors may offer policies that are more favorable than the baseline above (for example, longer return windows, free return shipping, or satisfaction guarantees). Any Vendor-specific terms will be disclosed on the product listing or at checkout and will apply to that purchase in addition to this Policy.
