• Vendor information — business registration details, banking or payout information, tax forms, certification documentation.
• Order information — shipping and billing address, items ordered, payment method (processed by our payment processors; we do not store full card numbers).
• Communications — messages you send to support, vendor inquiries, feedback, and survey responses.
• User content — reviews, photos, comments, and other material you post.

1.2 Information We Collect Automatically

• Device and usage data — IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, referring URLs, pages viewed, and time spent.
• Cookies and similar technologies — see our Cookie Policy for details.
• Location data — approximate location derived from IP address.

1.3 Information from Third Parties

• Payment processors — confirmation that a payment was authorized or declined, and anti-fraud signals.
• Identity and verification providers — for vendor onboarding, tax ID validation, or compliance checks.
• Marketing and analytics partners — audience insights, ad performance data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve the Platform.
• Process orders, route them to Vendors, and support fulfillment, returns, and chargebacks.
• Verify identity, prevent fraud, enforce our Terms, and comply with legal obligations.
• Communicate with you about your account, orders, changes to our policies, and (with appropriate consent where required) marketing.
• Personalize content, recommendations, and search results.
• Perform analytics, measure campaign effectiveness, and conduct research.

3. How We Share Your Information

3.1 With Vendors

When you place an order, we share the information needed to fulfill it (for example, shipping name, address, contact details, and order contents) with the applicable Vendor. Vendors are contractually obligated to use that information only to fulfill the order and comply with applicable law. Vendors' own privacy practices are not governed by this Policy.

3.2 With Service Providers

We share information with vendors and service providers that help us run the Platform, including hosting, payment processing, email delivery, customer support, analytics, and fraud prevention. These providers are authorized to use personal information only as necessary to provide services to us.

3.3 For Legal Reasons

We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, or property, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.

3.4 Business Transfers

If Nutrition Locker is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to customary confidentiality protections.

3.5 With Your Consent

We may share information for other purposes with your consent.

3.6 No Sale of Personal Information

Nutrition Locker does not sell personal information in exchange for monetary consideration. To the extent that any sharing for targeted advertising or analytics constitutes a "sale" or "share" under applicable state laws, you may opt out using the instructions in Section 6.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to recognize your device, remember your preferences, understand how the Platform is used, and deliver relevant content and ads. For details and opt-out options, see our Cookie Policy.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Platform, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Order and transaction records may be retained for longer periods as required by tax, accounting, and consumer-protection laws.

6. Your Rights and Choices

6.1 Account Controls

You can review and update most account information by logging in. To close an account, contact support@nutrition-locker.com.

6.2 Communications

You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any such email. Transactional messages (for example, order confirmations) are not promotional and will continue until your account is closed.

6.3 State Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under state privacy laws, including:

• Right to know or access the personal information we have collected.
• Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
• Right to delete personal information, subject to exceptions.
• Right to opt out of sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• Right to limit the use of sensitive personal information.

To exercise these rights, email legal@nutrition-locker.com with a clear description of your request. We will verify your identity before fulfilling the request. You may designate an authorized agent to act on your behalf.

6.4 Do Not Track

Our Platform does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals. We do honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out request where required by law.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information — including TLS encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a security incident affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.

8. Children's Privacy

The Platform is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. 9. International Users

The Platform is operated from the United States. If you access the Platform from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S. or other countries where our service providers are located. By using the Platform, you consent to this transfer.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when we post the updated Policy and revise the Effective Date. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or by email.
